PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

All purchases made on the Website, including information, reports, content, digital and/or physical products, and access rights, are non-refundable.

As a merchant, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization for any transaction due to the Cardholder exceeding the preset limit agreed upon with our acquiring bank.

Cancellation Policy

Aariv Infinite, operating under the trademark re.program, aims to accommodate our customers with a flexible cancellation policy. Please note the following conditions:

- Therapy Programs: Cancellations for therapy programs (mental strength counselling, energy healing, and holistic healing) will be considered only if requested within 48 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the clinical/operational team and the Operations team has initiated the process of assignment or service. In such cases, clients may opt to reschedule the therapy session. Cancellation and refund of fees or charges will be governed strictly by the Company Refund Policy as declared from time to time.

- Session Rescheduling: A client can avail of cancellation or rescheduling of sessions twice for a particular session. After two instances, the session will be counted as completed.

- No-Show Policy: If a client does not appear for a session without prior notice, the session will be marked as a 'no show,' and the session/therapy will be considered completed.

- Same-Day Orders: Orders or service requests placed under the same-day delivery category or within a 24-hour window are not eligible for cancellation.

- Digital Products: There is no cancellation or refund for digital products (ebooks, self-help resources, therapy tools, worksheets, workbooks, etc.) ordered from the Website.

- Special Discounts and Offers: No cancellations are entertained for products/services obtained through special discounts and offers on occasions like New Year, Pongal, Diwali, Independence Day, Foundation Day, etc. These are limited-occasion offers, and therefore, cancellations are not possible.

- Service Packages: All service packages are priced monthly and must be availed within a maximum period of 5 weeks. After this period, the amount deposited is considered consumed, and the client must renew the services to continue the programs. There is no transfer of sessions permissible in between family members. Sessions from one bundle can be availed by one member only.

- In-Store Orders: Orders placed in-store for digital products cannot be cancelled once placed.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any of our services or products. All purchases of our products/services (digital or therapy sessions) are non-refundable. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or service, we would appreciate your feedback to help us improve. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling of therapy (re.program) sessions/services is possible only if the service has not been availed and a cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the next available slot. No refund is possible for orders placed for physical or digital products bought via our website or platform.

Pricing Policy

At Aariv Infinite, we strive to offer transparent and competitive pricing for all our products and services. All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices for our services and products are subject to change without prior notice. - Services: Our therapy sessions for all programs are provided online. In case of cancellation or rescheduling required from the therapist's side, we will provide the next available slot as per the client's convenience.

- Digital Products: Delivery is immediate post-purchase. The client will either receive a link to download the product or have it delivered to their email inbox.

- Minimum Timeline: Orders for digital products and services (e.g., therapy sessions, ebooks, self-help resources) will be processed and delivered via email or digital download immediately upon payment confirmation.

- Maximum Timeline: Orders for physical products (if any) will be processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via our delivery partners. Delivery times may vary based on the delivery location:

- Metropolitan areas: 5-7 business days

- Non-metropolitan areas: 7-10 business days
